Black ceiling over academic domain

Józef Mackiewicz in “Road to nowhere” he described the mechanics of Bolshevik lie technology, known as the "black ceiling", popularized besides in a movie of that title. The level of enslavement of dormitories, their conformism, opportunism is even greater than the average. No 1 will question the views of, even the definitely inadequate, academic decision-makers on whom promotions depend, projects... There is no criticism of apparent errors, falsifications in articles, books of authors elevated to pedestals. Nobody wants to see, hear that it's bullshit, that it needs to be changed, removed from the scientific/educational circulation. Those who request this are themselves excluded from the academic domain, in the opinion of the beneficiaries is stupid and self-inflicted.
