Poznań police are looking for a man who may have been active in violent rape, which occurred on May 6, 2025 at Citadel Park. Officers have published an image of the perpetrator and call on residents to aid identify him. An injured female testified that the attacker spoke German to her.
What do we know about the incident?
The crime occurred after 4:00. The perpetrator got off the same tram line as the victim – the tram was heading towards Winograd. Then a man followed a female into Citadel Park.
– “By utilizing force, he dragged her into the bushes and led her to sexual intercourse against her will” – handed over to the Deputy Commissioner Łukasz Paterski from the Poznań Municipal Police Station.
