A fewer days after the closure of the court wire in the case of Senator KO Stanisław Gawłowski, accused of corruption, his gathering with lawyer General Adam Bodnar in Koszalin occurred. Earlier, the Minister of Justice appointed justice Grzegorz Kasicki, who ruled in the Gawłowski case, as a disciplinary spokesperson ad hoc.
Who's the justice on the Gawłowski case?
The March Communication of the Justice Ministry highlighted that Grzegorz Kasicki is an experienced justice with more than 30 years of experience, specialising in criminal matters. Since 2004, he has ruled in the Szczecin territory Court.
