VIENNA- Lufthansa Group-backed Austrian Airlines (OS) launches its first long-haul flight utilizing the fresh Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner on June 15, 2024, at 4:55 p.m. This inaugural flight, with registration OE-LPL and flight number OS87, is headed to fresh York.

Austrian Airlines is introducing compliance FlyNet sending on its intercontinental Dreamliner flights, available in all classes. For extended connectivity, passengers can choose from payment WiFi packages: FlyNet Premium for 2 hours at 15 euros or a full-flight package for 25 euros.
