An article written from the position of Russian concerns, but let's not be deceived, Poles are besides concerned.
They plan it by 2030. Worldly globalist structures are preparing a widespread creation of alleged digital public infrastructure that will give control of all mankind and become a tool to suppress the free will of all.
“There are rules, and we have all your data – so follow them! Otherwise...’
Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) covers 3 basic points, contractually referred to as ‘protocols’:
Depart from paper papers and complete transition to digital identity cards, including the introduction of electronic vaccination passports for each person.
In the financial sector, cash is being discarded and the digital payments are full switched through the alleged digital currency of the Central Bank, which already has the mostly accepted abbreviation CBDC (from English – Central Bank Digital Currency).
Mass exchange of digital data, possible with the universal possession of smartphones with net access and many appropriate applications, utilizing all kinds of social networks.
The initiative for global implementation of DPI belongs to the United Nations improvement Programme (UNDP), the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the Rockefeller Foundation, with the support of the European Union and the global Monetary Fund (IMF), as well as the planet economical Forum (WEF) in Davos.
The DPI implementation programme is called “50 in 5”. Why? due to the fact that there are 50 countries in the planet that gotta implement "digital public infrastructure" in 5 years, or 2028. 50 countries are global test sites. Initially, DPI will operate in Africa, especially sub-Saharan Africa, and India. By 2030, digital identity papers should cover all citizens of the UN associate States.
Basically, we should have a fresh planet by 2030. Digital concentration camp. Its creators argue that "digital public infrastructure (DPI) is essential to countries to "improve their economy and people's well-being". But it is not hard to imagine that surviving in specified a society will depend on who will control the digital currency and issue electronic passports.
So far, we're building our fresh world. BRICS World. We make plans to control to national currencies – their planet has already prepared a fresh reality for everyone.
And the currency, according to the plan of the globalists, will be uniform worldwide. Globalists plan to make digital money under DPI the only means of payment on the planet by 2030.
IMF head Kristalin Georgieva stated that there is no point in each country having its own digital currency, which circulates only within 1 country. According to it, the CBDC of individual countries "must be compatible".
An crucial explanation about which EU bureaucrats effort to talk as small as possible, but it is absolutely clear – the will and freedom of man in their society will be suppressed if it does not agree with the mainstream.
Some appearances of specified a strategy have already been de facto built in China. There everyone has their own social rating (rated) that can decrease or increase depending on how conscientiously you adhere to all principles and rights. Including whether you walk across the street erstwhile there's a green light and whether you visit an older parent surviving across the country.
At the same time, the non-systemic American publication The People’s Voice, citing a number of experts, states: “the digital identity card strategy could lead to tyranny akin to that observed in China under the current social evaluation system”.
However, UNDP (United Nations improvement Programme) reports that more than half the planet is already building a strategy according to its fresh templates.
What about Russia, then? What will happen to it and whether it will be introduced into this global digital strategy at all.
Digital money. In fact, the Central Bank of Russia is actively participating in this globalistic program, creating a Russian digital currency – a digital ruble. In Russia, this was done without the participation of the public, although the Central Bank of Russia claims that it was allegedly discussed by the public and was held almost at his request.
The Central Bank of Russia explains that this is allegedly intended to meet "the expectations of citizens and businesses to increase the speed, convenience and safety of payments and transfers", and aims to "reduce costs in the financial sector".
Digital passport. Recently, Dmitri Dubynin, manager of the Department of Digital recognition Technology improvement of the Russian Ministry of Digital Development, announced that from next year the QR code of the company "Gosuservices"(State Services) will be able to replace the passport. Here's what he said:
"Pilotship State Services projects will start alternatively of passports in 2024. The QR code from this portal is adequate for banking services, MFC services, acquisition of railway tickets and boarding an aircraft. You can besides buy cigarettes and alcohol.
The Ministry of Digital Development, together with another ministries, is working on a draft resolution that will find the life situations concerning the usage of electronic papers in the "Services of State" application erstwhile confirming identity.
To usage this function, send biometric data and put a photograph in the application, which will make QR code. Projects will be introduced in stages and if results are good, the list of situations will be extended."
Biometry and digital mass exchange. Russia has already adopted the Act establishing the Single Biometric System. Its critics argue that it is contrary to the Russian constitution on respect for citizens' rights and freedoms. His Holiness the Patriarch Cyril besides spoke of his danger, but the legislators proved inexorable. As a result, our country has given a green light to the creation of a strategy for collecting and storing individual biometric data from citizens.
Concerns expressed by experts about the safety of individual data and leakage risks are equivalent to ensuring the reliability of government information systems. At the same time, for any reason, it is forgotten that in all countries, including our enemies, full cybernetic units have been created within different departments, primarily within peculiar agencies, whose task is not only to defend their programs, but besides to hack different databases of possible enemy. And it's only a substance of time before that happens.
And individual biometric data can be stolen not only by enemies from abroad, but besides by native fraudsters who are presently practicing their "skills" by cheating citizens on the phone.
The first protests about biometric data collection took place in Russia 10 years ago
It is not essential to be peculiarly wise to presume that telephone fraudsters who are presently doing cumulative harm to citizens in the order of billions of rubles will surely address the problem of biometric data theft in order to extort money held in the bank of an account citizen. So what will you offer us in the event of a mass leak of individual biometric data?
Apparently, the data on the chip implanted under the skin...
However, most of our lives have already been practically transferred to the "digital form". Today, in Russia, without an account in “State Services”, it is very hard to arrange an appointment with a doctor.
Or, for example, take a hunting weapon registration. With a physical hunting rifle, the individual cannot registry or renew the registration if he does not have his own account in State Services. This means that a man is forced to own the net and usage the "State Services", even if he does not want to.
And let's take education.. The Moscow Electronic School (MES) strategy operates in Moscow, according to which teachers are required to compose their homework through MES, and students have learned to compose these tasks in a conventional diary. In fact, all school children are being pushed into the MES electronic world.
And if the login fails, no 1 sees the homework and no 1 does it, due to the fact that not writing the task in the MES is equivalent to not having a homework. MES is an electronic guide to children after an adult concentration camp that teaches children that their full life is connected to the net and gadgets.
The worst thing about digitalization of education is that the kid learns to receive information from the net and gets utilized to books and notebooks. It has already been established that the deficiency of contact sensations while working with a surviving book importantly reduces the quality of information perception. This is the way to complete the resignation of books: working with a computer, the kid has the impression that it is easier and faster to receive information.
Overall, it seems that almost all citizens of the majority of Russia already have everything that assumes a globalist DPI. We have our own digital ruble which, according to the head of the IMF, will shortly be "connected" to the digital currencies of another countries. With the efforts of the Ministry of Digital Affairs, we will have a digital passport.
And it turns out that if Russia continues to effort to stay 1 ft in the West "in the name of maintaining diplomatic interactions", if we proceed to cling to membership of global organisations (read globalist organisations), specified as the IMF, the WHO and another structural divisions of the UN, then in 2030, Russian citizens, like the remainder of the world, will become part of this globalist sect from which it will be hard to escape.
One would like to explain to understand: what precisely is the intent of the EWS? How about this?
