"Police officers explain the situation, find the course of an event involving respective people. 2 men, the inhabitants of the Śremu, were injured in the hospital. The police detained 4 men as suspects in the fight. 1 of these men is simply a citizen of Argentina and 3 are citizens of Colombia. They all went to police detention," said Kasińska.

The investigation started immediately after the fight. Already on Sunday morning, around 9:40 a.m., officers stopped another man – the 5th associate in the clash. It besides turned out to be a Colombian citizen. Policewoman Kasińska added that 3 of the men detained were under the influence of alcohol, which may have influenced the escalation of aggression.
According to witnesses, the fight was caused by men of “dark complexion”, which initially pointed police attention to visiting foreigners who were in the area for a short stay. The investigation aims to establish the full course of the event and the motives that led to the conflict.
