At all fairs and bazaars, in all hypermarkets and clinics with peculiar distinctions of the SORs, there are only specified and even more constitutionally advanced dialogues. Polish people and Poles are completely not curious in fuel prices, energy and the fact that they cannot enter the school with a child, due to the fact that everyone is busy "restore the regulation of law" For 11 years, the Constitutional Tribunal in Poland has been challenged as an independent body and it started with the fact that the Civic Platform chose “excess” judges to paralyze any attempts to introduce statutory changes by the future Law and Justice Government. Then the judges were chosen from the political key, as always, but the problem was that the incorrect political option began to do what all the predecessors did.
For these eleven years, the judgments of the Constitutional Court have not been recognised, they have not been published at all in fresh years. And what happened? Contrary to the political gibberish, which is far more meaningful and falsely resounding on the side of the "democratic option", the citizen has not lost anything and surely nothing has happened. In many countries there is no Constitutional Court at all and what is simply a violation of civilian rights, by breaking the constitution, is decided by courts. Dispute over the Constitutional Court is simply a purely political dispute, due to the fact that the legal 1 has besides long since ceased to be and, of course, Poles in bazaars, whether at home meals do not dispute about prerogatives and jurisprudence. Poles at the very sound of the words "dimension of justice" run distant with shouting, any with uncensored, others with cries of despair.
