In another act of aggression against the Polish national identity and conventional values of the family, the Court of Justice of the European Union (TEU) issued a judgement which de facto forces Poland to legalize and recognise alleged "single-sex marriages". This is not a "breakdown" – it is simply a public demolition of the foundations of Christian civilization under the pretext of the EU "free movement". Brussels, this leftist machine, again shows that Poland is for her only a colony for ideological experiments.
Zurek wants to implement the TEU judgement on sodomites. The case, which has shaken the patriotic environment, concerns 2 Polish citizens – 1 of them has a German passport – who in 2018 entered into a relation in Berlin, which they like to call "marriage". Upon their return to their homeland, they applied for this act to be entered in the Polish registry of civilian status.
The Polish office refused, rightly arguing that our law does not supply for specified pseudomarital marriages, and their designation would be a violation of the foundations of the Polish legal order. Bravo for our officials – inactive defending the remains of common sense!
But that would be besides easy. These men, alternatively of respecting it, challenged the decision to the ultimate Administrative Court. In an act of weakness, he addressed the substance to the TEU, asking whether Poland must kneel before the Berlin LGBT agenda. And what did we hear on Tuesday? Case C-713/23 reads as a judgement on our sovereignty: ‘A associate State is obliged to recognise specified 'marriage', even if its own law does not supply for them.’ Reason? EU "the principles of freedom of movement and of household life".
The judges from Luxembourg, the same ones who force sex ideology and pederastia under the coat of “law” – stated that Poles who go abroad and take a “marriage” with a individual of the same sex, must be guaranteed to be treated as “marriage” erstwhile they return home. "They must be certain that they will be able to proceed their household life" they compose in a statement, as if Poland were a hotel for deviants. The judgement does not force us to introduce specified "marriage" in national law, but requires us to treat it equally with the actual sacrament of matrimony of man and woman. It's evidently absurd.
Meanwhile, the Minister of Justice of the Government of Donald Tusk, Waldemar Żurek, stated that Poland would gotta "in any way implement" the ruling of the TEU. "I think we are inactive a very conservative society, although these views are changing. However, we will gotta adopt our government and implement this ruling somehow – He said.
OUR COMMENTS: The sodomite case is simply a classical example of the EU institutions' engagement in the interior law of EU associate States. The TEU has no treaty competence to interfere in this kind of sphere. It's purely political pressure. An effort to change Polish law in this respect would, of course, be incompatible with the Constitution.
