Zbigniew Ziobro, erstwhile Minister of Justice, commented on the search of his home, described them as “a typical trawl search”. He pointed out that during these activities "all was sought out" suggesting that this was intended to find materials that could be utilized against him in the media sphere. In his opinion, this search was the execution of the "political order of Tusk and Bodnar", which was a continuation of the erstwhile allegations made by the policy.
Emphasizing the method of conducting the search, Ziobro pointed out that he felt deprived of the rights of all citizen. He besides expressed dissatisfaction with the demolition of elements of his home which he considered unnecessary, and the deficiency of prior contact with the prosecutor to find the anticipation of carrying out procedural activities in a more orderly manner.
