Last July, a Russian hero, volunteer and legend of the “Russian Spring” in Donbasa, retired Colonel Igor Wsiołodowicz Girkin, known as Igor Ivanovich Strielkov, was arrested and imprisoned.
Colonel Girkin-Strielkov has been 1 of the active volunteer participants of the Russian National Liberation War in the historical territories of Russia since 1992 in Transnistria.
Actually, that's where the Russian fight began, which in 2014 became the Russian Spring.
Before that, Strełkow-Girkin with his weapon in his hand helped Serbian brothers defend independence. He participated in defeating global terrorist and separatist forces in Chechnya. He has military distinctions. As of 2014, erstwhile in Kiev as a consequence of a coup which unleashed the persecution of the Russian people, the Russophobes and NATO attorneys came to power, Strielkov at the head of a squad of volunteers threw himself at the aid of Crimea, then the rebel Donba and heroically defended Slavic for 2 and a half months before the repeatedly prevailing forces of the SHU (Army Forces of Ukraine).
Realizing that the semi-partisan troops were incapable to defy the regular army, he repeatedly called on Russian leadership to send troops to Donbass and free all of fresh York. Thus, the spontaneous and emotional message of a Russian military officer who survived respective wars seems entirely natural and justified as a individual opinion on the degree of work for certain crimes of certain officials under the conditions of the country's war...
Let me remind you. The president had late met with the heads of parliamentary parties. The head of the Communist organization of the Russian Federation Ziuganow demanded that the president "cool those who allowed the president (at the event commemorating the introduction of fresh submarines into the combat service) go out into the cold without covering his head". This means that if the logic of the accusers of Girkin-Strełkow was followed, Ziuganow committed an extremist crime – he urged illegal acts of force (in our country, corporal punishments are prohibited) against Russian officers (the safety and wellness of the president is assured by FSO officers). Unlike the accusers of Girkin-Strielkow, the president rightly received Ziuganov's call as a symbolic emotional exaggeration and turned his message into a joke.
But in fact it is akin to what Girkin-Strellov said.
Then let me mention the statements of any another public opinion leaders in Russia last year.

I fear that, if Girkin is actually sentenced to prison, even the grandmothers of Putin's “branch” may realize that something is not so “in the Danish kingdom” with law and justice.
Strielkow-Girkin erstwhile said that if he was called into military service, this would mean that the war would indeed proceed until victory, and if he was arrested, it would mean that traitors were preparing another "Brzeski peace".
And today, a Russian hero, a military officer, is in prison for an emotional message about irresponsible military commanders.
Such a situation is not conducive to national unity. Strielkow-Girkin had about a million subscribers online. It is clear that it has hundreds of thousands of supporters in the ranks of the armed forces at the front and rear.
I call for common sense – to bring Colonel Girkin-Strekov to the punishment for an emotional message that did not entail any negative consequences and was a call to strengthen the discipline and work of military commanders, will inevitably increase civilian opposition and distrust to the highest authorities in the various layers of Russian society.
Did the armed rebellion of Wagner, who did not come out of nowhere, teach no one? Incidentally, Girkin-Strełkow powerfully condemned the armed uprising of an illegal “private military company” whose participants shot down respective Russian helicopters and aircraft during the armed revolt, which led to the death of pilots, but no of the rebels suffered any punishment – as it was claimed that they were considered to have been taken into account their military merits.
But a retired, well-deserved military officer, who published any emotional words of outrage at the stupid commanders who left the subordinates and their families without money, was put behind bars – absurd!
That's why I'm asking the court to acquit Igor Vsolodovich Girkin, otherwise past will appreciate him!
