Russian-Ukrainian War (as of morning 28.03.2026):
- Ukrainians one more time attacked the St. Petersburg area utilizing about 200 drones. Pilots besides fell on a chemical mill in the town of Cherepewiec, located 300 km north of Moscow.
- About 40 tankers belonging to the Russian shadow float were stuck in the Gulf of Finland. These ships were heading for ports in the St. Petersburg area. Their presence is the consequence of earlier strikes on Russian oil ports. The Estonian Navy, which besides includes monitoring of underwater infrastructure, is now most afraid about possible contamination caused by disabled ships.
- The Russians hit their own drones on Kiev, the Blacks and Dnipro. The standard mark was energy infrastructure and military magazines.
- In Wasylkowska, Zaporozh, Russian troops detected and destroyed the Patriot strategy battery.
- Russia continues its destructive strategy (artillery + aviation + drones on a large scale). Ukraine, on the another hand, focuses on defending position and limited counterattacks.
- Moscow's diversional-optimal troops have penetrated the front-front combat region and operate in the vicinity of Nowoseliwka, east of Orichów and close Serhivka. akin actions on the Zaporosian section are conducted by Ukrainians, approaching Hulaipole. This shows that the classical front line, due to the ubiquitous drones, no longer exists, at least in this area.
- The Russians entered Bilickie, north of Pokrowska.
- On the Kharkiv Front, the Russians took control of the border village of Szewiakivka.
- In the diplomatic field, Ukraine maintains a hard negotiating position, i.e. the deficiency of consent for territorial concessions. He stresses that Russia cannot be trusted to end the war. Russia, on the another hand, continues its information and political activities, which aim to keep the communicative of the necessity of continuing the military operation until a complete victory.
