Russian-Ukrainian War (as of morning 23.10.2025):
- In consequence to yesterday's attack on the chemical complex in Briansk, the Russians hit Kiev and the city of Izmaił in the south of Ukraine.
- On the Zaporosian section, Russian forces proceed the attacks around small Tokmakka.
- The Ukrainians were beaten and displaced from Ivanova close Nowopawlivka. The opponent continues to march north, which will consequence in the flanking of this city.
- The Russians entered the confederate territory of Myrnograd. The Ukrainians are giving them another position, retreating northwest until the poklar agglomeration is inactive around.
- On the Liman section, there are fierce fights over the tiny town of Stawki.
- Ukrainians counterattack in Kupansk to safe a retreat west.
- The U.S. Treasury Department has announced sanctions against Russian oil giants. They will affect entities that hold 50% or more of the shares in Rosnieft and Łukoil.
