Russian-Ukrainian War (as of morning 23.01.2026):
- The Ukrainian military hit the oil terminal infrastructure in Russia. As a consequence of the drone attack, petroleum products and fire were leaked. The losses were initially valued at tens of millions of dollars. In addition, the Ukrainian army hit a command and control post at the Jankoj airport in Crimea. The harm there is besides to be serious.
- Small, Russian advancement has been recorded west of Hulaipol, under Sublime.
- Russian troops took control of the east buildings of Lima. It seems that many days of repeated assaults are beginning to produce results.
- On the Liman section, the Russians are trying to wing a strong Ukrainian position in the village of Cowij Jar.
- Several demonstrations took place in Ukraine, e.g. in Krzywy Horn. People are tired of electricity. In fact, these were anti-war protests.
- Kushner and Witkoff will one more time meet Putin in Moscow. The subject will be the war in Ukraine.
