Russian-Ukrainian War (as of morning 18.12.2025):
- As a consequence of fresh rocket attacks on power plants, respective Ukrainian regions are cut off from power.
- On the Zaporosian section, the Russians effectively invaded the tranche, dug northeast of Stepnohirsk.
- The defence of the confederate part of Hulaypol has fallen. North of the city, Ukrainians lost control of Harasimivka.
- The Ukrainians are gathering forces at Kupinsk. Their goal is to wicket counterattacks towards Kucherivka.
- During the NATO convention in Rammstein, members of the alliance declared another million euros of support for Ukraine.
- Putin has announced that for now there is no talk of ending the war by diplomatic talks; 1 must wait for the settlement at the front.
