Their great-grandfather and great-grandmother came from Korelic and Novgorod

Grandchildren of the late elected president of the United States, Donald Trump ( The text dates back to 2016, referring to the first president of D. Trump-PZ), have Belarusian roots. Their great-grandfathers came from the Grodno region. The household visits their household home almost all summer.

It so happens that Trump's daughter, Ivanka, is married to Jared Kushner, a media tycoon with Belarusian roots.

This communicative echoed after Trump was accused of anti-Semitism. Jared's great-grandfather, Joseph (Josef), came from Korelicz. He was a hebrew who was imprisoned in the ghetto during the war. There he met his future wife, Raisa Kushner, who lived in Novgorod. They escaped from fascist camp along with 250 another prisoners. The household moved to America in 1945. Before leaving, Joseph was named Berkowicz. His household was poor, which is why Joseph accepted his wife's name, Kushner.

According to the English version of Wikipedia, Kushner supposedly lived in Poland, but the founder of the Museum of judaic Resistance, Tamara Wierszick, claims that the Kushner home was located in the centre of Novgorodka. The household ran their own company sewing hats and coats.

Kushnerom was born a son, Charles (Charles), in fresh Jersey. He grew up and became a successful developer and billionaire. He moved to fresh York City, where, in addition to becoming a leader of the judaic community, he married and became the father of 4 children, including Jared Kushner, who himself proved to be a talented editor at the fresh York Observer, and became a media mogul at the age of 30.

Jared married Donald Trump's daughter, Ivanka. Before the wedding, she converted to Judaism (meaning conversion to Judaism and its rites) and adopted the judaic name Yael. To this day, there is simply a lifestyle in line with national traditions. It financially supports synagogues and schools. Ivanka and Jared have 3 children: Arabella (5 years old), Joseph (3 years old) and Theodore (1 year soon)).

Almost all year Charles Kushner takes his grandchildren – he has them 13 – to Belarus. Children visit the Museum of the judaic opposition in Novgorod, where Jews were shot in the guerrilla land. The children are going to see the place where their great-great-grandfathers' home was located in Karelicach. Charles takes only grandchildren who have reached maturity, which according to judaic tradition means 12 years for girls and 13 years for boys.

The last time they visited Novgorodek in July this year (2016-PZ). No 1 in the household speaks Russian, but Tamara Wierszicka always shows the household and explains.

“Karol (Charles) does not feel a connection with this place or any sentimental feelings associated with it” ( ?- PZ), explains Tamara Wierszicka, “it has another purpose: to instill tolerance for household past in grandchildren, to tell them where their ancestors came from and what they survived before they got rich. erstwhile the children entered a country house. Charles told them, “Look, your kitchen is bigger than this house.”

Charles and his grandchildren usually spend a fewer days in Belarus and halt in Minsk. They rent a car with a driver to take one-day trips to Novgorodka and Korelicz. Tamara Wierszicka recalls that food is the biggest challenge. Children are shocked that the only McDonald’s is in Minsk. Besides, it's hard to find kosher food there. That's why they bring everything with them.

“But 1 day they went to the supermarket, bought herring, cheese and bread, and then sat down and ate everything on the bench in front of the shop,” Wierszicka recalls.

During each visit, Charles has a telephone with him and frequently takes business calls. However, he turned off his telephone last summer, most likely in consequence to Trump's election campaign. Tamara wrote to Charles asking him to congratulate Donald Trump and re-invite him to Novgorod. Next time Charles plans to visit him with his grandchildren in the summertime of 2018.

Charles twice donated money to the Museum of judaic Resistance. He presently supports the construction of a memorial wall in Nowogrodek. The task is ready. The monument will be 2.5 metres advanced and 15 metres long and will be erected in memory of the ghetto. In the caves in the wall, the survivors will be remembered, and on the bricks of the wall will be the memory of those who died.
