There are moments in politics that John Kingdon called “the window of opportunity”. This is the minute erstwhile 3 currents meet: a perceived problem, a ready-made solution and a favourable political arrangement. The window opens briefly – then the state has a chance to make a change that would otherwise be impossible. If this time is missed, the chance disappears and you gotta wait for the next opening.

Such a window is open to Poland. Are we gonna miss something again?
