In fresh years, the number of paid immigrants from Latin America in Poland has steadily increased. This is peculiarly evident in sectors that require large physical strength, specified as construction, manufacture and logistics.
Workers from Colombia, Brazil and Venezuela find employment mainly in production, warehouses, cold stores and on construction sites. Although Ukrainians stay the dominant immigration group in Poland, the increase in the number of workers from Latin America is becoming increasingly noticeable. There are besides Filipinos and Nepalis.
However, it was not their regular work, but the street scheming in Słupsk that made the subject of Colombians in Poland gain media coverage. A video of an aggressive group fight about 30 people speaking Spanish appeared on the network.
Although information spread widely only now, it occurred on Monday, January 27, after 10 p.m. Colombians who worked in the company Perla PolandThey were coming back from work on a company bus. Investigators analyse footage from city cameras to find the full course of events and the identity of people who escaped before the service arrived. The video that appeared on social media is crucial to the case.

Drivers who transport Colombians to work and back all day emphasize that what happened in Słupsk is an isolated case.

According to unofficial reports, company management Perla Poland decided to fire respective of the most aggressive participants in the clash. Police proceed to look for witnesses and call on people with recordings or cognition of the incidental to study to the police station.
