The existence of a second category of permanent anomalies implies that I will never classify 3I/ATLAS below 2 on the Loeb scale (which has been defined Here. and quantified Here.).

W October 2023 It will be hard to observe 3I/ATLAS from Earth due to its proximity to the Sun in our sky. erstwhile you look at the Sun in the coming weeks, remember that 3I/ATLAS passes after it.
