From where do immigrants come to Poland?
Although in Poland the situation seems to be inactive calmed down, in the end Warsaw has not yet begun to match the second Paris or already celebrated Calais, we are in fact undergoing very serious transformations within the social structure. People sense it, they start to see it, but they usually deficiency hard evidence or they don't know where to look for them. So we come to their aid.
Not only will we make a diagnosis about how sick we are, but we will besides answer any basic questions: Do I know where immigrants come from? How many of them enter Poland? On what grounds? Are they peaceful? And finally, do I want them to come?
We'll start by looking at the numbers. According to the Foreigners Office “from the beginning of 2023 foreigners submitted614 thousand. applications for residence permits. In turn, “from the beginning of 2024 foreigners folded close 451 thousand. applications for residence permits’. However, the number of applicants for residence permits in 2025 (data on 9 April) is above 176,000. That gives us rounding 1 241,000 applications submitted for stay in Poland. This figure shocks at least, given that it affects only 2.5 years.
Poland presently has 37,437,000 inhabitants. If the above trend in the quantities of applications were maintained for the next 7.5 years, this would mean a bagatela 1/3 the full population, i.e.
12,410,000. It takes 10 years to keep specified a dynamic migration to Poland so that we can change forever. Unfortunately, we've already beaten quite a few this road.
Although the proposals are not tantamount to decisions that let residence, it is not much, due to the fact that in 2023 they were issued 89% such permits, and 2024. 87% positive decisions. In addition, in the case of more than 40% of the negative decisions, immigrants win in effectively cancelling or reopening the case. Interestingly, the designation rate of appeals in 2024 was 80%. but for Eritrea, Ethiopia, or Somalia, 100%. Afghan appeals were included in 98% and Ukrainians in 97%.
How did immigrants learn to appeal, and how did this work? In view of the appeals, we will have over 92% of the affirmative decisions made. Almost anyone can enter Poland. The worst part is that we are talking about the scale of legal migration that politicians are trying to calm us down. Do these data calm me down? But that is not the end.
Among the 2023 applicants, as many as 62% were male. There are fewer less in 2024, due to the fact that 59%. In both years, over 40% of applicants are 18-34 years old.
According to the forecast Central Statistical Office For the years 2023-2060, the situation is even worse, as it is forecast to be "a clear failure of population by 2060". Poles are expected to fall over 7 million to the level 30 400,000. On the another hand, possibly it would be better for us to be little than if it weren't us anymore. Only unfortunately, no 1 gives us specified an alternative.
In addition to applications for residence (temporary or permanent) immigrants may effort to get to us on the basis of an application for global protection in Poland. How many people applied for global protection in 2023 in Poland and in the first 4th of 2024? I'll just show you a fewer examples here.
In 2023, it was at least 27 people from Morocco, and in the first 4th of the following year 32. In the same period, 27 Pakistanis applied for protection, and this figure increased to 50 in the first 4th of 2024. The number of Sudanese increased from 20 to 91 at an appropriate time. That's over 4.5 times the height. For Yemeni citizens, we have an increase from 37 to 155. It's besides more than a 4-fold increase. The number of Afghans remained unchanged, it was 170 people, but with the difference that in twice the time. Unfortunately, the website of the Office for Foreigners has not yet been published for the full 2024.
People from Ethiopia trying to get to Poland legally on the basis of the above condition recorded 39, but already in the first 4th of 2024 the number increased, as many as 7 times, to 285. The number of Syrians doubled to 362. Recorders are Eritreans and Somalis. In 2023, 36 Eritreans and 58 Somalis submitted specified applications, but already in the first 4th it was 328 (Eritrea, 9 times more) and 397 (Somalia, 7 times more), and by the end of the year in both cases the number of applications for global protection reached the 600 (!).
In this case, all 2024 data were provided. What does that tell us? That's 17 times more for Eritrea and 10 times more for Somalia. The interest in Poland as a place of escape from war, force or panic increases significantly. Why, though, do these people not go to the nearest countries seeking shelter from their neighbors, but they frequently travel thousands of miles and come to us instead?
The question is truly about our safety. In all these countries, Islam is the chief religion. The exception is Ethiopia, where it is estimated that 35% of the population profess the religion of Muhammad and Eritrea, where the Mahamethanes account for 52%. For comparison, there are about 5% of Catholics in Eritrea and only 1% in Ethiopia. So what are the chances that these Eritreans and Ethiopians, who are trying to defend them internationally in Poland, are Catholics?
The odds are small, and in fact almost none. The conclusion is that they are completely abroad to us culturally and mentally, people whom individual is directing to us.
The citizens of Iraq, Iran, Egypt, Turkey, Russia, Belarus and Ukraine besides wanted to benefit from global protection. Ukrainians submitted 1770 applications in 2023, but already in the first 4th of 2024 the number of applications they submitted increased to 2669.
So how many Ukrainians are presently in Poland legally? According to the Office for Foreigners in September 2024 there were as many as 1.5 million in Poland. The number of Turks has besides increased by 32%, which is 3200 people compared to the erstwhile year, which is 13,000 people. Similarly, Uzbek, where Islam is besides the main religion. In their case, there was the same increase, which is 32%, which is 2,600 more than in the erstwhile year. Islam is not a peaceful religion, it is simply a religion of expansion and it seems that we are being conquered.
Listed above Afghanistan, Iraq, Yemen, Somalia, Syria, and Ukraine global SOS has considered countries "extremely dangerous". Interesting, so we have visitors. On the another hand, Ethiopia and Pakistan are defined as countries posing a ‘great’ hazard to the persons present.
