According to data published by Rzeczpospolita, the municipalities managed by the Włodarz supported by the United Right received an average of about PLN 5486 per capita between 2019 and 2023. On the another hand, municipalities managed by independent politicians received on average about PLN 3684, and those managed by opposition politicians, from the alleged legislature Pact, received on average about PLN 2333.
According to the journal, the Institute of Public Finance has analysed more than 40 000 grants granted during this period under 15 different support programmes, under more than 70 calls. The full value of these grants amounted to PLN 168.6 billion.

The study shows that the organization membership of the court had a crucial impact on the amount of subsidies received by the municipalities. The municipalities governed by the authorities supported by the United Right received the most in total, while the municipality's wealth was a insignificant factor.

The ultimate Chamber of Control informed on Tuesday that it had notified a suspected crime, including by erstwhile Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki and erstwhile Finance Minister Magdalena Rodzikowska, in connection with the control of financial support for local governments in fresh years.
According to NIK, the notification was submitted after an analysis of "the evidence collected in the course of checks on the correctness of the provision of public tasks to local authorities and financial support to local governments during the period of taxation reforms and recovery of the economy after the COVID-19 epidemic". NIK stressed that the notification afraid the excess of allowances and the deficiency of service obligations, which could have harmed public interests, i.e. local governments, in granting them support from the general reserve as well as backing from the Government Road improvement Fund.
NIK besides pointed to the creation of mechanisms for financing public tasks by local governments, which violated regulations, leading to losses of at least PLN 4 billion.
NIK president Marian Banaś, on 26 March presented the results of the checks which showed that due to the increased scope of own tasks imposed on local governments by the central authorities and the dynamic increase in moving costs, a large proportion of local governments "not only experienced slowdown in income dynamics but besides faced financial difficulties".
