Michał Wawer on the X site points out 1 crucial issue we may gotta deal with in relation to what is happening around the Kamiński and Wąsik case:
I wonder what kind of plan Donald Tusk has for further governance after going to the rhyme about Kamiński and Wąsik.
The most probable script of developments is:
– The president will question the legality of the Sejm sitting without Kamiński and Wąsik, so he will not sign any bill passed by this Sejm until the end of his term.
– Without PiSu there is no mathematical anticipation in the Sejm to build a majority of the overthrown presidential veto (unless Tusk would put respective more writers in jail).

So at least until the presidential election – zero laws. At least 1.5 years of legislative paralysis.
And of course, the government will be able to blame the president and the Law and Justice for that. A very convenient excuse for not making any promises. But is this a strategy to keep voter support? I seriously uncertainty it.
