Lands recovered and won forever Polish!
Thanks to the hard regular work of the col. Tadeusz Szczerbak Editorial representatives “Polish Thoughts”, Roman Dmowski National Foundation and Polish thought Clubs were honored to attend the celebrations dedicated to 88th anniversary of the announcement of 5 Truths of Poles of Rodła. The Wrocław gathering is simply a profoundly poignant ceremony commemorating the Berlin legislature in 1938. For us – Poles whose ancestors lived on the lands occupied by the Germans is highly important. It is worth noting that the Rodla household Foundation has held these crucial ceremonies continuously and despite many inconveniences since 2024.
We met early this morning under the memorial board. “The Truths of Poles”. which is surrounded by St. Martin's Church in Ostrów Tumski. many banner mails, scouts, representatives of Kombatant organizations, the “Polish Thought” environment and our Friends from Germany and Hungary were present. Occasional letters were sent by representatives of state, provincial and local authorities, including the head of the MON Władysław Kosiniak-Kamish. Tadeusz Štyrbak recalled: "In 1922-1939 the Polish Union in Germany – respective tens of thousands of members, but in fact close to 2 million people identified themselves with this heritage of Poles in Germany. National work, patriotic work, own cooperatives, own economical foundations, own education". It should be reminded present that the Polish people were able to act for the benefit of their national community even beyond the borders of their homeland – in a hostile country like the 3rd Reich. Is it worth considering today?
After singing the national anthem, listening to commemorative speeches and folding flowers, we marched to the archaeology of Wroclaw, and XI Roundabout led tirelessly Colonel Włodzimierz Wowa Brodecki. The Holy Mass was presided over by the bishop of the Świdnica diocese Fr Bishop Ignacy Dec. As he said: "The truths of Poles from the Sign of Rod can be a wonderful lesson of patriotism". He described them as a tiny decalogue of Polishness on the Recovered Lands.
At 12:30 p.m., a gathering began at APWT. The full case was led by the organizer, president of the Rosła household Foundation Tadeusz Štrbak. The face of patriotism promoted by the home household Foundation is very close to me. It wasn't another boring head-talking conference. The full gathering was intertwined with a rich artistic and substantive program. Young Poles – besides those struggling with various problems – presented their skills in the form of singing, dancing and recitation. A miracle of surviving archival recordings from Berlin legislature in 1938.
It is worth noting the performances of school children (Oleśnica, Wrocław), young people from educational centres (Sobótka, Wrocław), Boy Scouts (Gdynia, Wrocław) and the wonderful children of “The Band with the Soul” (Wroclaw). There were many very young and increasing people in the room. The Rodla household Foundation saw the request to advance wise and affirmative Polish patriotism in a modern form, which has a chance to scope young people. For that, they deserve a large thank you.
In the substantive part, it was worth noting the speeches of: president of the Polish Foundation Jerzy Ziomek Nests, typical of the Wincente Witos Institute in Warsaw Norbert Nowicki and typical of “Polish Thought” and Roman Dmowski National Foundation Adam Laughter (short study – Western thought in Poland AD 2026. thought of Rods leaving Wrocław in the 21st century)
Rodla household Foundation, president of this institution Tadeusz Štyrbak, president of the Polish Nest Foundation Jerzy Dudek They one more time organized successful and useful patriotic celebrations for the nation. They took care of everything in the smallest detail, thanks to which people came out of the gathering not only endowed with knowledge, a dose of wise patriotism but besides educational materials. No 1 is thirsty or hungry. I hope to see you next year.
