Jarocina Police They made request for the implementation of the deportation procedure from the territory of the Republic of Poland of a 27-year-old Ukrainian woman, pretending to be a “war refugee” in our country. A female in short time made 5 robberies in 3 different counties. She was transported to a border defender facility and then transferred to applicable services in her country of origin.
The 27-year-old Ukrainian female was captured by the protection of 1 of the Jarocińskie markets while taking goods out of the store for nearly PLN 900. In connection with the crime, a female heard the charge of theft, and is facing imprisonment by the age of 5.
During further activities and verification of the legality of a woman's stay in Poland, police established that a 27-year-old female had changed her place of residence respective times over a twelve months, and at that time she did 4 another thefts. Apart from Jarocin, the thefts took place besides in the areas of the districts of Leszczyński and Poznań, and the main prey of the female was - typical of alleged "war refugees" from Ukraine- alcohol. All points to the fact that this product is for them the goods of the first need.
As the woman, despite the fines imposed on her, continued to violate the law, committing theft of goods of always higher value and in more quantity, the police felt that her behaviour deviated from the moral and social standards adopted, and that the attitude to Polish law was clearly disrespectful and poses a threat to public order. As a result, the Jarocin region Police Chief made a request to the Commandant of the Kalisz Border defender Service for a decision to commit her to return to her country of origin.
Such actions, both on the part of the police and border guards, are aimed at ensuring public order, preventing the notorious violation of Polish law by people of another nationalities and are aimed at protecting the safety of the state.
