Diplomat and geopolitical analyst Witold Jurasz wrote a text on Onet.pl 2 days ago entitled "What is hidden in the secret annexes of Zelenski's plan? Poland just fell out of the game [COMMENTARY]” wrote:
(...) We have just learned that Poland has completely and yet fallen out of the diplomatic game, which will decide how the war will end.
Witold Juras listed and assessed the five-point plan of Zelenski and the 3 secret annexes as unfavourable to Poland:
- The first point implies inviting Ukraine to join NATO
- The second point of the plan concerns arms supply and the elimination of restrictions on its use.
- The 3rd point describes the "non-nuclear" deterrence of Russia and, as can be concluded from the text of the Zelensk speech, concerns the dislocation in Ukraine of military units of Western allies.
- The 4th point concerns economical cooperation after the end of the war.
- The 5th in turn envisages replacing any of the U.S. units stationed in Europe with Ukrainian troops.
"As you can imagine, in the 3rd point, R.K., the point is that the possible shift of US troops, which, according to the 3rd point, would most likely be in Ukraine, does not mean weakening the defence possible of European NATO members and does not lead to increased costs for the United States itself" - writes Witold Juras.
Ukraine is only a little dangerous enemy to Poland than Russia. She has proved it many times in fresh months. Therefore, Poland should not categorically place any troops in the territory of Ukraine, as well as not let any Ukrainian troops into its territory. Ukraine has never been, is not and will not be a friend of Poland.
Witold Juras on secret annexes
Well, the annexes may be secret, but Zelenski's mouth is besides much. In any case, "secret annexes to the second, 3rd and 4th points of the plan are the most important," says Witold Jurash:
Point 2 – As regards the second point, "President Zelenski stated that the annex was acquainted with those countries that have "appropriate military support potential". According to the author, 'there is almost surely no Poland among them, due to the fact that our country has already passed on what it could have given to Ukraine'.
The second point so announces a full Polish plinth. That's Ukrainian gratitude. Ukraine can be repaid by blocking Ukrainian transport through Poland. Let him from Ukraine and Western Europe travel through Slovakia, Hungary and Romania. And the airport in Rzeszów needs renovation. It needs to be started as shortly as possible. Third point – According to Zelenski, according to W. Jurasz, only “United States, large Britain, France, Italy and Germany” was presented.
What can Poland do? Block Ukraine's access to NATO. And do not let (do not let) any Ukrainian soldier through their territory.
Point 4 – ‘With respect to point four, president Zelenski noted that the secret annex was presented to 'chosen partners'. However, the conviction mentioned earlier the investment opportunities that Ukraine offers to partners 'from the US and the G7'. The G7 group is composed of, recall, the United States, Japan, Germany, large Britain, France, Italy and Canada. Therefore, our country is most likely not 1 of the partners."
So Ukraine inactive hates Poland, and so economical cooperation between Poland and Ukraine will not be. Ukraine hates Poland so much that it can even die while killing it by Russia, and it will inactive scream “Urra! Urra! Rezać Lachy!”.

Or is that a good thing? It would be worth having a holy peace with Ukraine. This is not and will never be a civilized state. Ukraine cultivates the memory of ss-man and Ukrainian Nazis, murderers of Poles, Czechs, Jews, Hungarians, Armenians and consciously inactive desecrates the memory of murdered Poles in the name of indigenous Ukraine.
Poland should prepare for the function of Ukraine as a dangerous country in Europe utilized to play against Poland by Germany. This cooperation has already been seen in connection with the influx of Ukrainian grain. Therefore, we should not be categorically helping to rebuild Ukraine, due to the fact that it will surely turn against us.
Meanwhile, Poland as a state at the beginning of the war in Ukraine was exposed to attacks of Russian rockets, which aimed to cool our help. We will remember the behaviour of the Ukrainians.
