On social media, there are entries that propose that Ukrainians surviving in Poland increasingly do not want to usage Polish language – even in professional situations, where his cognition is simply a formal requirement. An example is the applications for work sent in Ukrainian or written in an alphabet another than Latin, which is expected to frustrate employers, officials and customers. This kind of transmission goes to susceptible ground due to the fact that it proves what a government propaganda of expected assimilation is.
Ukrainians do not intend to learn Polish. Poland is present a country with respective million Ukrainian citizens – both “war refugees” and economical migrants. On specified a migration scale, the language barrier is not unique. Studies on migration in Europe show that learning the language of the host country usually takes respective months to respective years and depends on age, education, kind of work and access to language courses. The specified fact that individual applies to work without a proficient cognition of the language does not automatically mean that “he does not intend to learn it.”
There have long been sectors in the labour marketplace where cognition of the Polish language was not a essential condition, especially in physical, warehouse or production works. Many migrants start there, learning language gradually in practice. The problem arises erstwhile candidates apply to positions requiring direct contact with the client or formal service, where the deficiency of a common language effectively impedes the operation of the company. From the employer's point of view, this is simply a real challenge, and for specified jobs, they request good language skills.
However, even in the case of applying for specified jobs, there are foreigners who can boldly send their CVs to employers in a abroad language and declare that they do not know Polish. "Ukrainians do not intend to usage Polish in Poland? The scale of the problem is growing: they send a CV to companies where they do not intend to talk Polish, even though the position requires it. The paper is written in its own alphabet! Service shops, offices, average people – everyone starts to have adequate problems with the simplest communication. “The guest” seems to have gone a small besides far” – wrote Paweł Usądek from the Confederacy on his X.
To his comment, Usiądek annexed the message of 1 of the employers, interestingly, having leftist political views.

Theoretically, cognition of the language of the host country is crucial for integration, safety and social cohesion. Stententive withdrawals from these immigrants and their declaration that they will talk only in their own language should be an alarm signal for the authorities, that, as in the West, the assimilation of immigrants in Poland will not succeed. Unfortunately, it seems that the authorities know this very well, and yet they are the patron of mass immigration, have an ideology of substitution on the horizon, which the European leaders of the far left have late spoken very vividly about.
