We learn this thanks to the writings that he contributed to the European Parliament from our group Marcin Sypniewski. Here is simply a fragment of the EU authorities' reply: “Poland is bound all legislative instruments forming part of the Pact on Migration and Asylum, [...] under EU law, there is no legal anticipation to exempt Poland from implementing any part of the Pact."
But that's not all! The Commission has acknowledged that it is possible to “fully or temporarily reduce solidarity contributions” for a given country if it demonstrates the alleged migration force (as in the case of Poland and Ukrainians coming to us) but the Polish government has not even provided any information about this! In another words, the Tusk government did not even bother to give Poland a chance to at least partially restrict the migration pact!
This is scandal and disgrace.
Dearly beloved, we must put as much force on the Tusk government as possible and make specified matters public. Only how much public force can force any action on this power, otherwise after the coming elections they will politely implement the pact and bring immigrants to power!
