When president Nawrocki blocked the “Speak of Hate” Act at the end of September, the politicians of the ruling clique were furious. As it turns out, they're trying to censor in a different way. They said from the beginning that the introduction of a law that would let the punishment of right-wing and conservative opinion was 1 of their priorities. This time the unsuccessful effort to introduce censorship in Poland returned to the Sejm as an alleged implementation of European Union law.
Tusk and Żurek want to close right-wing media. Last week a typical of the Ordo Iuris Institute took part in public hearing a bill by the government to introduce a mechanics to block content on the net by administrative decisions, i.e. by a government-led official!
Governmenters argue that the implementation of these provisions is the implementation of the EU Digital Services Act (DSA). This is not actual EU law does not require Poland to introduce the proposed solutions. The EU regulation is just a pretext utilized by the Donald Tusk government to gag critics and defenders of Polishness.

In particular, it is shameful to propose blocking content on the basis of an arbitrary decision by an official. Moreover, the government censor could close portals, pages and services without a court judgment. Recovery of the website could only take place as a consequence of a decision of the court. And this will mean years of suspension, effective censorship and bankruptcy of a given medium.
During public hearingThe Ordo Iuris Institute as 1 of the fewer social organizations, defended freedom of speech. Many of the present organisations, purportingly speaking on behalf of “civil society”, either supported a government task or even (as the judaic association “Czulent”) called for an extension of it to be required to remove “the speech of hatred towards LGBTQIA+” or sodomite and sex deviants, who allegedly have any privileges for intellectual illness.
The actions of the ruling coalition are a scandal which we hope will besides be stopped by the veto of president Charles Nawrocki.
