Former U.S. president Joe Biden did not sign anything himself during his word of office, says incumbent president Donald Trump.
"I found out it wasn't him (Bidena – ed.) ... Who filed the autosign? That's a very serious question. We had a president who didn't sign anything. He utilized an autosign for almost everything," Trump told reporters in the Capitol.
The U.S. president expressed his opinion that under Biden the country was ruled by “radically left-wing madmen” who had access to the autosignature of the head of state.
As previously reported by the “Wall Street Journal”, Biden's immediate surroundings ensured that officials and co-workers of the erstwhile American leader did not publically discuss his cognitive abilities until the presidential election.
Biden, the oldest president in U.S. history, frequently gave his political opponents reason to uncertainty his cognitive abilities by regularly making slips and blunders in public speeches. Republicans utilized it in organization politics to challenge Biden's ability to regulation effectively. During his ministry, he repeatedly stumbled and fell, lost his concentration, and had difficulty formulating his thoughts.
