Today more than 200 foreigners tried to cross the Polish border

Today 220 foreigners tried to cross the Polish border. The attack was repulsed by officers of the Border defender and the Polish Army.

Today, on April 10, around 10 a.m. in the area of authoritative work of the Border defender Service in Bialowieża, an effort was made to force the crossing of the state border against regulations through the border river of Transkłowa. A group of over 220 foreigners tried illegally to get to Poland. Foreigners were very aggressive, throwing branches of trees and stones towards patrols of the Border defender and the Polish Army to pave their way to the west of Europe. During the event, foreigners were taken distant from a dangerous tool made of wood and nails. This test was successfully thwarted. Migrants retreated into Belarus.

We remind you.that the number of attempts to illegally cross the Polish-Belarusian border by foreigners has been expanding for respective weeks. Since the beginning of the year, more than 4.5 1000 specified cases have been reported.
