Pact on Migration and Asylum provides for a solidarity mechanics whereby the associate States of the European Union ARE AND WILL BE COMMITED to relocate a certain number of asylum seekers or... to contribute financially. And if individual is manipulated by the message that Poland, due to the large number of Ukrainians adopted between 2022 and 2025, will NOT accept migrants from 2026 (on the basis of the adopted Pact on Migration and Asylum), then it is either incapable to think or does not know the facts.
Firstly, the European Commission spokeswoman made it clear that EU law does not supply for any associate State to be exempt from participation in the migration pact. Secondly, the provisions of the adopted pact clearly indicate that the number of persons to be relocated will be determined in 2026 on the basis of the number of applications for ASYLUM made in the erstwhile year (!) – that is, in 2025. And in this substance numbers talk for themselves – for example:

Poland OR, from 2026, will accept the OBLIGATIONS of migrants, or we will pay for all ENTITIES of migrants. Of course, government propaganda will call it: financial operational support, echnic support, assistance in border management or administrative support in the asylum process. However, regardless of the media propaganda and the "emollient message" of the words – we will pay as a state and this... The European Commission and the EU Council (most of the votes) will decide on the number of migrants consisting of relocations to Poland or amounts! Question – Is it average that individual in Brussels wants to talk and impose on Poles, how many migrants are forced to accept in our own country or how much to pay for their non-acceptance??
The Pact on Migration and Asylum should be thrown in the trash! We do not want another Germany, Sweden or France in Poland! Time to stand up for our past and culture, the safety of our women and common sense. due to the fact that there is something, Prime Minister.
