Actually, it's... The word “tax” was replaced with “charge”This is precisely due to the annex of the KPO following the review of July of this year:
– A milestone E3G entry into force of a legal act introducing a registration fee on the holding of emanation vehicles in accordance with the ‘polluter pays’ rule — 4th 4th of 2024;
– The E4G milestone enters into force of a legal act introducing an environmental charge on emanation vehicles in accordance with the polluter pays rule for entrepreneurs – 1st 4th of 2026;
According to Central Registration of Vehicles and Drivers in late 2023 there were more than 20 million passenger cars in Poland, of which 70% are registered vehicles!
