The prosecution is investigating the circumstances of the death of a 14-year-old girl who died at the home of a 21-year-old man from Sosnowiec. The autopsy didn't explain the origin of death, further tests are needed. The man heard allegations, including the usage of underage drugs and sexual crimes.
Death of a teenager at home of an online friend
Early in the morning of 13 May, police received a study of a 14-year-old's death in a single-family home in Sosnowiec. As determined, the girl met 21-year-old Olivier S. via the net a fewer months earlier and spent the night at his place. This morning a man woke up and found her body on the floor.
The autopsy didn't explain the origin of death
The D.A. emphasises that neither the on-the-spot inspection nor the autopsy indicated a clear origin of death. Additional toxicological and histopathological studies will be required.
Psychotropic drugs and drugs have been found
During the search of the apartment, traces of narcotics were secured, a blister of psychotropic pills and opioid analgesic packaging – all of these substances are only subject to prescription.
A 21-year-old boy heard 3 counts.
Olivier S. was arrested and accused of, among others:
- possession and granting of underage drugs,
- sexual offence.
He partially confessed to the charges and made an explanation. The court decided to arrest him temporarily. He's facing punishment for the most serious charges. 2 to 15 years imprisonment.
Investigation ongoing
The territory Attorney's Office of Sosnowiec-North conducts further proceedings in this case. Among another things, messages exchanged between a teenager and a fishy and the circumstances that led to the tragedy are being examined.
