Poznań is preparing for the second edition of its residential program, known as “Knowledge – and Live”. It starts on 15 April this year, and its aim is to supply housing for those interested. As part of the programme, the Poznań Social Construction Society plans to build as many as 353 residential premises. However, in order to participate in the programme, a number of crucial conditions must be met.

The time for submitting applications is coming in large steps. The programme, which starts on 15 April, is open to residents of the capital of Wielkopolska as well as to people from outside the city who plan to decision here.

The call for proposals for the “Knowledge – and Live” programme will last until the end of May. According to the information provided by the Poznań Masterstrate, applications can only be submitted within the prescribed period. There's no way to come forward sooner.

Formalities related to the proposal can be arranged in respective ways. The application is available for download on the program website and can be sent electronically via the ePUAP platform. Alternatively, the curious may go personally to the UMP Local Affairs Office at 50 Matejki Street or send the request by post.

However, in order for the application to be taken into account, certain conditions must be met. Individuals wishing to benefit from the strategy must have an average monthly income in the household at the appropriate level and must besides respect the advanced income limit. In addition, they cannot be owners of an flat in Poznań unless they make a message of its sale before signing a lease agreement under the program.
