Neoprezes of the illegal “Constitutional Tribunal”, Bogdan Święczkowski, erstwhile PiS politician, reported on Wednesday that Prime Minister Donald Tusk, talker of the Sejm of Simon Hołownia, and Marshal of the legislature of Margaret Kidawa-Błońska had been reported to have committed the crime. As a consequence of this notice, the disciplinary prosecutor Michał Ostrowski initiated an investigation into the case. We remind you that PiS and its supporters do not presently recognise the current authorities of the National Prosecutor's Office, and the appointed chief prosecutors. Thus, the submission of notifications to which the authorities do not recognise reveals the full hypocrisy of those persons.
"Sleep, systemic coup"
Pisowski succeeded Kaczyński's cook in neoTK stressed that we are dealing not with a classical coup d'état consisting of bringing troops into the streets, but with a “ creeping, systemic coup”. In his opinion, it is simply a serious threat to the legal order of the country.

Jarosław Kaczyński: ‘Article 127 of the Criminal Code applies’
PiS president Jarosław Kaczyński refers to allegations in the context of Polish law:

Summary
This situation clearly and clearly proves that Minister Bodnar has made mistakes in restoring the alleged regulation of law by leaving both the courts and the executive prosecutors with denominations which he should suspend by virtue of his rights in his service. There is no uncertainty that the mistakes made by Minister Bodnar have a bearing on the chaos in the judiciary. It is advanced time that all written denominations in both courts and prosecutors should be held liable for impersonating public officials, which they are not under applicable law.
