The policy led by Donald Tusk since December 2023 has almost nothing like the 1 from 2007-2014. These governments were summarised by a somewhat malicious metaphor, but frequently cited: “The goal of Tusk's regulation is to supply Poles with warm water in the tap.” However, these words request not have, as the prime minister's opponents would like, pejorative connotations. They can besides be regarded as a promise to warrant economical and material stableness for Poles, which has been mostly successful. This is confirmed by economical indicators from that period.

Administration alternatively of economical stimulation

How much was Tusk himself active in this comparative success? Not much, I guess. The then government of the PO-PSL coalition did not effort to stimulate economical improvement through, for example, low taxes, but only to administer the country. This view is easy justified. How? For example, Poland's low position in the planet ranking of economical freedom (a place between 40 and 50). The good results of our economics were so the consequence of the resourcefulness and industriousness of Poles, not the merit of the government.

The King of Europe in the Service of Progress

Donald Tusk returned to the national yard after respective years of serving as “king of Europe”. respective years in Brussels marked him. Tusk after returning to Poland was changed worldviewally. The economical issues that he has said so much about earlier were on his agenda on the agenda. The Prime Minister, on the another hand, began to exhibit ideological projects specified as abortion, tablet day after day after or partnership. Entries concerning the above requests were included in the PO programme. The consequence of this fact was to change the law, after the Civic Platform came to power. Poles under the light leadership of Tusk were so to abandon the provincial wall in order to find themselves in modern, progressive-hedonistic Europe.

Losing vote on decriminalisation of abortion

To begin with, a draft prepared by fresh Left Members on decriminalisation and depenalisation of abortion was to be passed. On 12 July this year, the Sejm rejected this bill by a majority of only 3 votes. The project, as it turned out, was written after a dilemma and had many flaws. any of them were pointed out by Roman Gierty's ruling coalition MP. He felt that his enactment would lead to unfettered action in the execution of abortions and that it would "mean that in most cases he would execute an abortion a quack". Even deeper causes of deficiency of professionalism among left-wing designers were noted by Krzysztof Bosak:

"My message besides concerns today's alleged decriminalization law on abortion, which was tried here in the home to push through, concerns its actual nature. Citizens have the right to know that the quality of this task was highly low. (...) Therefore, we received a plan written on the knee, after profound changes, the effects of which – and very well that it was rejected – were to be completely different from what is publically presented. In addition to allowing abortion to be unpunished until the 12th week of pregnancy, as the erstwhile talker said, he allowed the kid of a kid suspected of defects to be killed until his birth, he endured penalties for killing a kid capable of surviving outside the mother's body or mitigating them. The most shocking thing was that he abolished crimes not straight linked to abortion, specified as urging or encouraging, he reduced the legal protection of women from coercion to abortion, and most importantly: he abolished the legal protection of children I have unborn until 12 weeks of pregnancy, which is either any complete abortion of the proabortion lobby that was behind this project, or is simply a legislative mistake resulting from the rush. (...) Today's rejection of this task in this home has shown that disregard for procedures, disregard for the regulation of law, disregard for the judgments of the Constitutional Court, in different configurations, just like in the 1990s, is simply taking revenge."

Effects of the losing vote

This losing vote caused the «guilty» to fall into punishment. The Prime Minister, annoyed by his failure, suspended the rights of members of the Civic Coalition club for 3 months 2 MPs absent from the vote: Waldemar Sługotski and Roman Giertych.

It is interesting to see the case of the second 1 mentioned, who was very skillful in defending his attitude during the vote. After it was completed, he wrote on the X portal that many of his views evolved. However, due to respect for the views of most KO electorate and club discipline, he decided not to vote. This insubordination of Giertych did not escape the attention of a hard anti-Script, or Women's Strike, whose representatives in in inexcusable and offensive words attacked erstwhile LPR leader. Kosiniak-Kamish was besides hit with the full PSL. Government media and Gazeta Wyborcza besides joined the attack on the people.

The vulgar “criticism” against the PSL besides revealed itself in social media. PSL MP Marek Sawicki:

"In my social media, 2 thirds of the statements on this issue are affirmative and supportive of my position. On the another hand, 1 3rd are specified vulgar statements that I have not encountered anything like this in my 30-year political career."

Protests besides poured out on the streets. A demonstration took place in respective cities. In Poznań, the seat of PSL was covered with red paint. Nor did the Members of the Left hide frustration due to the negative consequence of the vote. The vice president of Marcelina Zawisza said:

"We have a situation where a truly tiny number of votes have been rejected, we will submit it to the effect, we will submit it until the Polish Parliament yet decides to stand on the side of women".

Coalition turbulence

As we mentioned, unexpectedly for many observers of the PSL political phase decided to reject the task confirmed by Prime Minister Tusk. What made you decide? In addition to conservative views on moral issues, besides tactical considerations. The people wanted to make it clear with their attitude that their organization "was not, as Władysław Kosiniak-Kamish said, is not and will not be anyone's vassal." The dissolution of the coalition is little costly to them than the failure of voters.

The folk leader besides disliked the consummation of any of their electorate by Tusk and his organization in the local elections and the European Parliament. In addition, any of the Prime Minister's actions have contributed to the disqualification of the Deputy Prime Minister from the PSL
