For respective days now, the media has been reporting controversy over the acquisition of an flat in Gdańsk by Karol Nawrocki, the president of IPN and the presidential candidate. The case took on a fresh dimension erstwhile a transfer paper appeared online, which, according to some, could have been cut from the interior safety Agency.
A paper that changed everything
Onet portal, followed by Euro MP Krzysztof Brejza, published a copy of the transfer order dated 20 October 2011, confirming the payment of over PLN 12,000 by Karol Nawrocki for the flat owned by Jerzy Z.
"Mr Jerzy Z. becomes owner of the studio in October 2011. Only 12 1000 603 PLN and 15 gr. However, he does not transfer money to the city office – the fee is paid by Karol Nawrocki from his individual account” – describes Onet.

Did Brejza “send” the service?
Internet users point out that banks keep bank secrets, and it is almost impossible for 3rd parties to get specified documents.

Pisowski lawyer Bartosz Lewandowski confirms:
“This is the truth. Besides, there's no way any bank can break a bank secret. Thus, the confirmation of the deposit would should be given either by Karol Nawrocki himself, or by individual who obtained specified confirmation from him (e.g. in the course of the ABW checking procedure)".
Nawrocks donate their flat to charity.
In consequence to Nawrocka's allegations, he convened a press conference, at which he announced that he would hand over the flat for charity purposes, retaining the right of life usage for Jerzy Ż.
"This flat in the coming years, I hope, will service older people in the next decades, those who request help, those excluded" – he said.
Brejza ratted out the Service. "Exemployee for Client" means that this copy of the deposit proof was in Karol Nawrocki's possession, not from the bank, but from his verification folder in the ABW, due to the fact that it is the only way to find it in another than the paying hands.

ABW denies commitment
The head of the ABW, Colonel Syrisko, issued a message in which he powerfully denies that the services were active in a run against any of the candidates.
‘ABW at no phase and in no form has engaged or engaged in the election run on the side or against any of the candidates’ - We read.
He added that the dissemination of specified information was detrimental to the safety of the State and to assurance in the services.
