I will admit that you have rather a departure in the ministry, Minister Agnieszka Dziemianowicz-Bąk.. And the case seemed simple.
In November 2024, as part of the parliamentary intervention [Written No 1]I asked the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy:
– How many people are (and have been employed in fresh years) in employment offices across Poland?
– how many people in fresh years (to this day) have found work thanks to employment offices in Poland?
– what precisely is the (and was in fresh years) COST of operation and operation of all labour offices in Poland?
I inform the public that the ministry (from 5 months ago!) has not been able to answer my questions. In the meantime, however, I have already received six letters asking for an extension of the deadline for reply. For example:
– On 27 January 2025, the ministry informed me that the final answer would be given in 4 days [Written No 2];
– On 13 February I was informed that the final answer would come a day later [PYSTEM NR 3];
– and in the last letter of 19 March 2025, the ministry informed me that another extension was needed and the answer would be given to me by 14 (!) MARCA 2025, which was... 5 days earlier, before the letter (the last 1 that reached me) was sent [letter No 4].
We spend billions of zlotys a year as a state, and the ministry doesn't really know how many people have found through the labour offices... WORK! 1 thing is certain – the denominations and organization colleagues of the smiling coalition at directorial positions in labour offices across Poland are doing well, and estimates indicate that the cost of moving labour offices should exceed PLN 4 billion. Annual! Question: How many average Poles yet gain from this? due to the fact that the inefficient strategy works for sure. It may be time to inform Poles that in the labour offices it is not about average people uncovering jobs, but about giving their jobs – in the chief positions. It will be more honest with the citizens. You don't think so, Prime Minister.
