Shulchan aruch (hebr. שולחן ערוך ) – in modern Judaism the basic code of judaic law (halachy). It was arranged by Joseph Karo and released in Venice in 1564. It has the form of commentary on the earlier code of Arba Turim, works by Jaakov ben Asher of the 1st half of the 14th century.

Long introductions nobody likes to read. But if you want to realize this book well, be patient and read these fewer pages carefully.
The origin of judaic rights is Talmudwhich arose from the explanation of Biblja by rabbis. They taught the Jews how to realize and how to keep them. Since there were many explanations, it was essential to put them into a systematic whole. And like this: Rabbi Jehuda HaNasi “The Prince, our holy teacher”, surviving at the end of the 2nd century, gathered these explanations into 1 book, which is called Miszna (“p o t o rz e n ie”).
In this time the rabbis continued to explain the Bible and this Mishnah, and from these explanations was formed Gemara (“the completion”). As fresh comments emerge, we inactive see attempts to organize specified comments. Rabbi Jehuda ben Alfasi in 1032, Rabbi Moshe ben Maimon in 1169, Rabbi Jehuda ben Asher In 1321, all of them “ordered” the Talmud, Mishnah and Gemara, but the Jews did not suffice, more so that the rabbis in any things sometimes disagreed. Finally, in 1565 a book was published in Venice that the Jews liked. This book was called Shulchan Arush.
It was arranged by a rabbi from the Palestinian city of Safet, by his name Joseph Kara (p. 1488, p. 1575). Shulchan aruch (in Polish “table with a set”) consists of 4 parts:
1. Orach chajim — the way to life — contains the regulations of everyday home life.
2. Jore dea — the teacher of cognition — includes rights, food, ritual cleansing, and mourning.
3. Eben haezer — the aid stone — is simply a collection of matrimony rights.
4. Choschen hamishpat — the shield of the law — includes “civil” and “criminal”.
Shulchan Aruch was formed, as we mentioned, in Palestine. Twenty years a mediocre rabbi has been working to make a work that, as we will learn later, only brings shame and shame to the Jews.
Palestine lies in the East, in Asia Minor, and Palestinian relations are besides different from Western. You should have had that Shulchan aruch adapt to western conditions. This resolution was signed by 94 rabbis, 182 lawyers. (in this 16 judges), 45 doctors and 11.672 another Jews, and it is found in the book “Leb hai’bri”, printed in Lviv in 1883 (!).

Today, the judaic layman knows the Talmud only by name, for he can only read it. The Shulchan Aruch for 3 centuries has been the only theological book of laws and catechism for the Jews. The word: a judaic Talmudist has no meaning, for these have been gone for 300 years, There are only Jews shulchan-aruch.’
If anyone else tells you that this brochure is an invention, do not be afraid, alternatively mention the words of an arabian student Manoji al Maulid (in 821 B.C.), who said: “To search in a hebrew a sense of law and integrity means the same as to search virginity in an old ... harlot”.
One more thing for you, dear reader, attention. In these laws you will very frequently find the word: akum. The word came from Aau Kochabim UMasulot and means: a servant of stars and planets. In Shulchan of the Aruch, it means not any servant of stars and planets, but simply Christian. We have seen this in the text, adding all word of the akum in brackets, that you should remember well — we repeat with emphasis — that acum means a Christian.
The Jews again say that it is not actual that it refers to “the Gentiles”, “the servants of stars and planets”, and even, as Dr. Johann von Pavly — to the Persians!
Moses Isserles himself was more sincere than those Jews. In Choszen Hamishpat 409, 3, The Hague, he clearly says, “Heutzutage. wo wischen den Akum wohnen”, i.e. “Today, erstwhile we live between the akums«.
And erstwhile did Isserles live? In the 16th century!
Where was he? In Kraków!!
So what does the acum mean?
For there to be no uncertainty and no illusions, we point to 1 more place the Shulchan of the Aruch. Chajim § 113, 8 says: “When individual prays, and he goes to him acum with cross in hand, and (Jew) will come in prayer to specified a place to nod, then (Jew) should not bow down” (Compare Law 4).
In addition to the word akum, he uses Shulchan Gruch and others to mark Christians, and this: goj, nochri, obed kuti.
The communicative of this book is interesting. These rights were gathered straight from the Talmud Dr. Justus (A. Brimann) and announced it p. t. «Judenspiegel», i.e. Jewish Mirror.
The Jews are like a wreck. erstwhile the editor of the paper “WestMlischer Mercury” (Westfalse Mercury) made a case about it, the Jews appealed to him before the court “about inciting 1 layer of residents against another, i.e. Christians against Jews”. German prosecutors in the Monastira (Minster) gave the editor a paper process, which took place on 10 December 1883 before the Monastic Court. Dr. J. After the trial, Dr. Ecker announced a separate book p. t. “Der Judenspiegel im Lichte der Wahrheit” (Jewish Mirror in the Light of Truth), in which, quoting the literal text of the Shuchan aruch and comparing it with the laws of Dr. Justus, gives the final judgement of this content that unfortunately (and possibly luckily for us!) These laws are with Shulchan Aruch ... consistent.‘
In order to avoid any charges, we emphasize that erstwhile translating rights, we had the covered text of Dr. Ecker and all the places we had to leave.
What was the intent of this book? Did we have the thought of “feeling” or “hexing” against the Jews? God forbid! Our Polish tolerant and knowing conscience is far from that.
We accepted the Jews as guests inactive in the 14th century, erstwhile they were persecuted and bloodyly persecuted in western Europe. We welcomed them with open arms in the belief that they would repay us for their hospitality. In the meantime? The heart hurts to talk of those harms that are done to us not only by the judaic mob, which has occupied our economical lives, but besides by those who are the leaders of Jewry, their elite, the chosen. The shoe, sometimes with insolence bordering, challenging the judaic posts in the Sejm, organizing a block of minorities against the rightful hosts of the country *), all this convinces us that Jewry is in our organization a thorn, a oily wound. Under the overwhelming influence of Jewry, our society, alternatively of focusing on working for the Homeland with difficulty being recovered, breaks down in what our “shabesgoje” aid them to fulfill judaic plans, leading the peasants and workers into judaic captivity.
Our scriptures, sometimes called folk and left, point to our “arears”, scare the ladies with what the peasants laughter at, sow hatred of a fellow peasant who has the courage to stand under a Catholic national banner, but does not say a word about those actual “gentlemen” who wield billions earned on the stock exchange, on the strip, and do not pay taxes, even a 100 percent of what the peasants do.
Worker Our guide is being imposed on the Jew! Warsaw's main socialist body — “Robotnik” is edited by Dr. Feliks P e r 1! Krakowski, streetykowski, brutal in assaults on everything Polish and Catholic — “forward” edited by Dr. Emil H a e c k e r! specified people feed “spirit” to our worker. And not to condemn them, but we should hit ourselves in the chest.
What about the Jews? I guess it's just that they're going along. with the spirit of his religionwho proclaims hatred for everything non-Jewish.
