Humanitarian convoy bombed

The information was confirmed by WCK founder José Andrés.

Today we lost respective of our sisters and brothers in the IDF raid in Gaza. I'm broken and I'm in pain with their families and friends and our full WCK family. These are angel people... I served with them in Ukraine, Gaza, Turkey, Morocco, the Bahamas and Indonesia. They're not faceless, they're not nameless. The Israeli government must end mass killing. It must halt limiting humanitarian aid, killing civilians and humanitarian workers and utilizing food as weapons. No more innocent victims. Peace begins with our common humanity. You gotta start now – he wrote on the X portal.

World Central Kitchen emphasizes that the passage of the humanitarian convoy was coordinated with the Israeli army, so its demolition was not the consequence of a mistake. It was hit right after leaving the warehouse in Deir Balah. Previously, volunteers unloaded food imported from Cyprus.
