The government hides its position from the Sejm on the implementation of the EU Pact on Migration and Asylum.
Minister Adam Sz Trapka refused to send papers to the European Union committee or even to study orally on the position of the government. Pretext is that these are "technical arrangements" with the European Commission.
We know very well that in the case of general European Union law, these "technical arrangements" are the actual political content of the decisions taken. Thus Parliamentary control of European government policy in this section is presently not possible.
As representatives of the opposition, we will prosecute this subject until full explanation.
