From 1990 to 1995 Rogowski served as the manager of the Organizing and Legal Committee of Cinematography. The 2010 IPN Communication states: "The case was dropped on 14 December 1989". Rogowski, in consequence to these reports, stated that he was not a conscious co-worker of the PRL services. He stated that he had made 3 statements in this case in which he denied any informed cooperation.
