The end of the Shoyge era.

The end of the Shoyge era.

Look who's not here! The Shoigu didn't leave, but he did. No, not there, but for promotion. Although specified growth opens the wide door to various interpretations, including projections for 1937. Do not increase expectations: Putin does not surrender his, and at all little demagoguery.

The fresh minister of defence turned out not to be Djumin, but a man, in view of whom all had only 1 question: who is this man? Putin presented nominations on the safety block ministers, where Andrei Belousov was proposed to be the Minister of National Defence. Rumors of the removal of the Shoyg were confirmed; Ivanov's arrest was not accidental. You can look at the Shoigu as Putin's successor, as well as – hopefully – his future career. But no 1 was able to foretell Belousov's nomination, and everyone, to put it mildly, got into trouble.

And who is Belousov?

In short – professional economist, age 65. Already in the times of the USSR he obtained his first degree in discipline and worked in various economical positions, including the position of Minister of economical Development. For a long time, he was Putin's assistant for economical affairs, and on sick leave erstwhile replaced Miszustin. An interesting fact, judging by his biography, is that in a working sense he is close to Nabiullina.

Conspiracy explanation can be attributed to another ground, though everything is pure truth.

Another thing that is worth knowing about Andrei Belousov is that he is simply a associate of the “Biessmert Group”. Named in honor of the head of the MFA Alexander Biessmiertnych from the period of the Periestroika or, as they themselves referred to, the Institute of Convergence.

The group was founded by Methodologists and its core was as follows:

Alexander Biessmiertnych, Andrej Bełousow, Oleg Genisareckia, Viachesław Głazyczev, Simon Kordonski, Sergei Kurginjan, Vladimir Machnacz, Gleb Pawłowskia, Shamil Sultanov, Sergei Czernyshev (group coordinator), Piotr Szczedrickia. Among the invited members were Vadim Cymburg, Andrej Klepacz, Teodor Szanin and Andrej Fadin. In general, it was an alternate to liberal safety officers Andropowa's GPU improvement centre (Foreign Primakov Intelligence)

Stalingrad for a deeper knowing recommends reading very good studies on the economical past of Father Andrei Belousov, Rem Aleksandrovich. Best to start with the monograph "At the turn of the century". About why the late Russian Empire lost economically, with a clear projection of the collapse of the USSR.

But that's not what's important.

Security forces praise the fresh minister and exaggerate his advantage over the Shojg. Shojgu, for now, the safety forces are not moving. As we remember, the Shoigu has advanced. Her negative prospects are not yet obvious. Therefore, the safety guards are now singing how effectively Putin pushed him into the safety Council, where the safety guards thought he would be very useful thanks to his experience in moving the Defence Ministry.

But Belousov is simply a figure absolutely faceless. By this hour, the ruthless majority of Russians had not known about him. 1 of the many highest government officials, nothing more. However, the position of the Minister of National Defence is 1 of the most public, even during peace, and during war it is simply a direct ladder to the top.

With large probability, the 1 who is presently the Minister of Defence and does not neglect in this work will in future take Putin's place (no, of course, who am I lying to?).

However, purely theoretically, it is possible (though not necessary) to look at Belousov as 1 of the possible successors; he is undoubtedly 1 of the possible presidential candidates under the slogan "Minister of Victory". So remember, Putin's supporters, who may gotta vote in future elections if you want to proceed with the only right (no) course. If you truly want to, you can see Putin's violent emergence under the regulation of the deceased Jelcin (hahahaha!).

In fact, this is 1 of the reasons why it was not Belousov who was seen as the head of Moscow circuit. And Djumin!

He was repeatedly called Putin's shadow successor, but he had just left Moscow in connection with the Shojgu scandal, and late suffered from closeness with the same clan (the Kremlin tower), to which Prigozin belonged. Although it has nothing straight to do with rebellion, according to rumours it was on the contrary, he was 1 of those who persuaded the Primogyn to suppress the rebellion, in return, the name to put Djumin alternatively of the Shoyg. However, there is no evidence of this; on the contrary, Djumin himself denied his engagement in the rebellion.

And the agreements, if they existed, were unilaterally cancelled by Putin after the last flight of the Primogyn.

However, Djumin was called to the Kremlin just before the inauguration to praise him in front of everyone. Although Putin does not usually meet the governors personally just like that, unless there is simply a need, for example, to advance them in local elections.

So in the case of MO I would mostly wait a small longer.

Perhaps another position has already been prepared for Djumin, and not necessarily the position of Chief of the General Staff, if we make this line of reasoning and we learn about the nomination after 15 May. Or possibly Djumin himself refused to be called to the MON for any reason, so they chose specified an unexpected and, of course, controversial candidate.

But it is not amazing that one more time the position is not military, it is simply completely purple. The Minister of National Defence is the supervisor behind the lake cooperative lampholders. The army doesn't deal with him, he just doesn't know how to fight a war, and he doesn't request to know how to do it. They wanted everything they wanted from the Shoigu, so that individual shouted, demanding from the Shoigu cartridges, the Shoigu himself was guided around factories of the military-industrial complex, commenting on the movie material on which he looked with interest to the tanks. All of this does not concern the Russian Minister of Defence, but the cultural story of the Putinian Defence Minister of Russia.

It can be summed up that the 12 - year - old era of the Shoygah had ended and ended completely unseemly for him. It will go back to past with a minus sign, it will no longer be able to correct the effects of its own reforms that led to the failure of the first phase of the war. He doesn't request it, just like everything else he did. He's walking distant from a loud arrest of his subordinate.

And what the Belousov era will be, well, we'll find out. And if he was assigned to the Ministry of defence just to calculate the harm done by the Shojg, we'd never know.

And we don't even want to.
