The Chicago National Democratic Convention is under way before the upcoming presidential election. The party's candidate for the most crucial position in the State of Kamala Harris does not quit the promotion challenged by the ultimate Court of the explanation of Title IX (rules on the prohibition of discrimination in education of 1972), which extends the prohibition of discrimination on the grounds of ‘sexual orientation’ and ‘sexual identity’. He pointed out that efforts to redefine sex and sexual discrimination go all the way to president Barack Obama's administration. Trump withdrew that rule, but Biden restored it.
– This is simply a constant pattern of respective administrations pushing this rule, but not only courts reject it, besides American public opinion itself, and we observe it, gathering with increasingly courageous voices of women opposing it – the activist gave the signal.
Reed D. Rubinstein, Vice president of America First Legal, a right-wing legal organization founded by erstwhile Trump advisor Stephen Miller, besides pointed out that the left has been pushing the births of transsexuals for over a decade and so far they have failed to amend Title IX in Congress. It was so twice attempted to change the law by means of an administrative regulation so that boys could have easy access to women's sports, bathrooms and locker rooms.
Gender politics, pushed by the Ministry of Education through regulations, resulted in immense disputes between those who believe that parents should have greater control over the education of their children, and those who are opposed to it, reasoning that young people themselves can decide to undergo even hormonal therapy that inhibits sexual development, even without informing parents.
The ultimate Court unanimously stated that the word "sex" in Title IX does not mean "sex identity", but the biological gender: male or female. Therefore, forcing another explanation of sex is simply a gross violation of the law. However, Biden's administration does not number on the position of the SN and imposes its imagination of non-discrimination rules at school wherever there is no social opposition.
