The Chicago National Democratic Convention is under way before the upcoming presidential election. The party's candidate for the most crucial position in the State of Kamala Harris does not quit the promotion challenged by the ultimate Court of the explanation of Title IX (rules on the prohibition of discrimination in education of 1972), which extends the prohibition of discrimination on the grounds of ‘sexual orientation’ and ‘sexual identity’. Regulation as amended favours sexual minorities in access to studies and facilitates the usage by men of toilets and locker rooms intended for women.

The four-day convention, which began on Monday in Chicago, supports Harris as a presidential candidate appointed by Joe Biden and politician of Minnesota Tim Walz as a presidential candidate.

On Monday, beginning and programming speeches took place. The convention takes place in the conventional Democratic bastion – Chicago, about an hour's drive from Wisconsin and Michigan, meaning 2 key battlefields in the fight for the White home in November. Both states are traditionally part of the "blue wall", historically supporting Democrats, but in the 2016 election they supported erstwhile president Donald Trump.

More than 4000 delegates will yet consider Harris a Democratic candidate and approve the party's election program.

The first day of the convention was a tribute to Biden, who due to age and wellness over a period ago officially resigned from applying for a second word in the White House.

Former president Barack Obama will take the level on Tuesday, presenting "A Bold imagination of the Future". besides said is erstwhile first woman Michelle Obama, Senator Vermont Bernie Sanders, who will talk about the "popularity of the progressive economical agenda" and Illinois politician JB Pritzker.

In the following days, their speeches will be given by erstwhile president Bill Clinton and retired talker of the home of Representatives Nancy Pelosi of California, Doug Emhoff, majority leader in the legislature Chuck Schumer and number leader in the Hakeem Jeffries home of Representatives.

Anita Dunn, erstwhile Biden's elder advisor, who is presently campaigning Harris announced a vice president's speech to say "about an economy of chance where everyone in the country feels that they can decision forward, where corporations are being held accountable where people know that they have equal chances with the remainder of the world." She added that she would be talking “about moving forward alternatively than going backwards.” Democrats are to strive for a "clear discrimination between their organization and Trump and the GOP".

Democrats presented the draft of their program in July this year, even before Biden's authoritative resignation from the organization nomination.

The program involves raising the national minimum wage to $15 per hour, introducing a taxation credit on children and taxation relief on income from work, making childcare affordable and reducing wellness care costs. In order to rise the budget, the introduction of a minimum income taxation for billionaires, increase the corporate taxation rate and accelerate projects related to decarbonisation of the economy (departure from fossil fuels to RES).

Democrats don't quit on extremist pro-abortion and pro-gender programs. The organization promised to enact a national abortion bill on request, facilitating access to contraceptives, in vitro fertilization and pharmacological abortion.

The organization besides wants to cancel national convictions that convict individuals for possession and trafficking of marijuana. It speaks “about strengthening democracy”, which involves spreading censorship and limiting freedom of expression. She besides promised to safe the border and ban assault weapons and high-capacity magazines.

Foreign policy reiterates its position on a two-state solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, which "will guarantee the future of Israel as a judaic and democratic state with recognised borders and uphold the Palestinians' right to live in freedom and safety in their own vital state."

Importantly, the organization does not quit the controversial regulation of the revised Title IX Act extending the definition of discrimination to LGBT students and students who have been blocked by the ultimate Court.

Currently, the U.S. is passing a conflict against attempts to impose the reinterpreted Title IX regulations that apply in the mediate of the country. In the rest, they were blocked by lawsuits brought in court by parents, among others. Nicole Neily, president and founder of Parental Rights Group Parents Defending Education points out that "Americans now agree on comparatively fewer issues, but opposition to progressive sex policy is 1 of the fewer subjects beyond racial, political and socio-economic boundaries, so defending this issue is simply a risky move".

Matt Sharp, a legal counsel from Alliance defence Freedom, a Christian non-profit organization, notes that the decision to include the protection of transsexual persons in the Democratic Party's programme "is contrary to increasing opinion" on the extension of the definition of discrimination based on "sexual identity". – I think it is truly worrying that the DNC programme follows the same way that courts have repeatedly questioned, not allowing it to be implemented and which yet does not support American public opinion – Sharp commented.

He pointed out that efforts to redefine sex and sexual discrimination go all the way to president Barack Obama's administration. Trump withdrew that rule, but Biden restored it.

– This is simply a constant pattern of respective administrations pushing this rule, but not only courts reject it, besides American public opinion itself, and we observe it, gathering with increasingly courageous voices of women opposing it – the activist gave the signal.

Reed D. Rubinstein, Vice president of America First Legal, a right-wing legal organization founded by erstwhile Trump advisor Stephen Miller, besides pointed out that the left has been pushing the births of transsexuals for over a decade and so far they have failed to amend Title IX in Congress. It was so twice attempted to change the law by means of an administrative regulation so that boys could have easy access to women's sports, bathrooms and locker rooms.

Gender politics, pushed by the Ministry of Education through regulations, resulted in immense disputes between those who believe that parents should have greater control over the education of their children, and those who are opposed to it, reasoning that young people themselves can decide to undergo even hormonal therapy that inhibits sexual development, even without informing parents.

The ultimate Court unanimously stated that the word "sex" in Title IX does not mean "sex identity", but the biological gender: male or female. Therefore, forcing another explanation of sex is simply a gross violation of the law. However, Biden's administration does not number on the position of the SN and imposes its imagination of non-discrimination rules at school wherever there is no social opposition.
