Poland, why Catholic?

We live in a time of relativism, a time of dubbing, worldview confusion and questioning even the most basic concepts specified as Polishness.

However, my conventional assessments are questioned: «Are we not mixing concepts here? Ethnicity, nationality, and religion do not always go together or together.
