During the Confederate press conference in the Sejm, Krzysztof Bosak and Konrad Berkowicz referred to the scandalous decision to arrest soldiers guarding the Polish-Belarusian border for having fired informing shots towards aggressive immigrants. “We in the Confederacy are on the side of people in uniform,” said Krzysztof Bosak.

The leader of the Confederate added that soldiers are besides denied the right to a fair defence in court.
The Deputy lawyer General for Military Affairs shall not be able to execute his duties and shall not have access to papers which have been described by the media. This is simply a scandalous lawlessness situation. [...] Ministers who are liable for sending soldiers without appropriate equipment to the border, thus instructed for police action, but equipped with sharp and inadequate means of direct coercion and insufficient training characteristic of police formations – to resign. This can't take much longer. That's enough," he said.
In turn, Mr Konrad Berkowicz mentioned insufficient equipment for soldiers and mediocre housing conditions.
