Every year, parents who avoid “the work to inoculate” their children arrive, and the penalties for this can scope as much as PLN 50,000 per adult. We remind you that the authority is entitled to impose penalties on parents only if the kid is vaccinated at home. However, there are legal techniques to defend the kid from giving it these particulars without imposing a coercive fine.
Child non-vaccination is becoming an increasingly common problem in our country. Fourteen years ago, 3.5 000 cases of vaccination avoidance were reported throughout the country, but 2 years ago, this figure increased to over 70 000.
The consequences of avoiding vaccination are severe. First, the wellness department sends a warning, but if the parent fails to fulfil his obligation, financial penalties are imposed. The first punishment is 500 PLN, another can scope respective thousand, and yet even 50 1000 PLN per parent.
In 2023, over 1.7 1000 children received no compulsory vaccination in Łódź. Although individual penalties did not exceed PLN 2 000, the full amount of fines imposed on adults in the full voivodship exceeded PLN 1 million. The situation in the Zachodniopomorskie Voivodeship was somewhat better, where last year 407 penalties were imposed for PLN 215 thousand, which represented a double increase compared to 2022.
This is incomprehensible to me because, as parents, we want what is best for our children, we care about their wellness and life. By avoiding vaccination, we are putting not only our comfort but others at risk. It's highly irresponsible. – says Szczecin voivode Adam Rudawski.
Parents' awareness grows and we supply legal assistance to avoid forced sanctions
Because of the expanding cognition of parents about vaccines given to their children, parents are increasingly refusing to participate in the vaccination thresholds. The consequence of the refusal is the initiation of proceedings by the PPS and the Provincial Office. These proceedings consequence in a severe financial punishment on the child's legal guardians.
As mentioned above, punishment is imposed on legal guardians for refusing to implement the vaccination programme resulting from the vaccination calendar.
Is there so a anticipation to avoid this punishment if legal guardians do not want to give compulsory vaccines to children?
Of course I do. However, it is surely not essential to underestimate calls for a qualifying examination that the child's legal guardians receive from the wellness clinic, as specified behaviour is the basis for imposing a fine.
We remind you that a kid is besides given a vaccine a fewer hours after birth for which the parent of the kid agrees completely unconsciously, signing papers in postnatal shock. That's why it's so crucial to prepare a pregnant female well before you go to the infirmary and have a baby.
If you are curious in how to prevent a kid from being vaccinated as a consequence of the “compulsory” vaccination calendar without imposing a financial penalty, delight request a paid legal advice in this area.
