The government's draft was adopted without amendment, despite protests not only of humanitarian organizations operating on the border (called by Minister Duszczyk "extremely plentiful"), but besides of legal expert groups: the Association of Legal Interventions, the Consortium, the Helsinki Human Rights Foundation, the National Chamber of Legal Advisors and the Chief Bar Council, the Ombudsman, the Ombudsman of Children's Rights, and even the Government Legislative Office.
They all said that the government's bill grossly violates the laws, is unconstitutional, violates the Convention on the Rights of the Child, adopted in 1989 on the initiative of Poland, and the Convention on Human Rights and European Treaties.
It sucks your eyes, dear democratic organisations and institutions, distinguished experts, who devote years of work in their fields to understand, anticipate consequences, be able to draw reasonable conclusions. This is all irrelevant – if you can crowbar, why play with lace knitting?

The PiS won. Although the fruit of this triumph is eaten by Donald Tusk, it is the triumph of the Kaczyński organization – which was the first to come up with the thought that 1 could swing his hand at tribunals and constitution, boldly reaching for arbitrary power. The fresh rules state that global protection will not be granted even to families with children, they approve exports, that is, undocumented pushing people to Belarus (Belarusian sistema, where people are beaten, tortured, bitten by dogs, hungry), let arbitrary – without the anticipation of referring to higher instances – a decision of an officer towards a foreigner, a decision concerning life.

Minister Duszczyk can believe himselfthat the Border defender will not let the sick, the weak, those who flee for political reasons, those who have experienced torture, children, pregnant women – but that is worshipful talk. Just a fewer days ago, one more time the border defender refused to enter the authoritative border crossing of a pregnant woman.
It may seem to you that the bill concerns a fistful of migrants who may simply not be pushing here.
But if you can break so many laws with 1 bill, then you can break another. individual who doesn't like it enough, who disturbs it, disturbs it, annoys it, possibly the Last Generation, which the Minister of Giertych wanted to punish with imprisonment, possibly any another small, dissatisfied social groups – e.g. nurses or teachers, if they started protesting. Or possibly farmers, if the government wants to take their land under any kind of shield or airport. The road just opened.
By the way, we see how effective the government can be if it wants something. The fact that women who have contributed to the removal of the power of the Law and Justice inactive have no right to interrupt the pregnancy is not the President's fault. The bill does not improve our safety. It concerns small-scale migration, with only 17,000 people applying for asylum last year. But it will not be known who truly crosses the border, and the Border defender and all another services will be increasingly corrupted and exposed to corruption. Bravo!
