Mr Włodzimierz Skalik, message on behalf of the Confederate Parliamentary Club, 26 January 2024.

– Last Monday The Ministry of Finance published information on the State Treasury debt at the end of December 2023. This information included only the amount straight charged to the State. It does not cover hundreds of billions of PLN, which are charged to another entities dependent on the Treasury. This amount, published, is 1 trillion PLN 346 billion. And it rose in December alone by PLN 36.8 billion. This is an increase in the sacli of 1 period until 2.8%.

The consequence of many years of life on debt and action of subsequent governments is the immense debt of Poland and Poles. This increases the cost of serving abroad debt and reduces investment.

Not long, due to the fact that in 2021, the state budget deficit was 1.8% for GDP. Next year 2022 We've got a jump sign. increase to 3.7%. And to meet the pre-election promises of Law and Justice, the maximum deficit was increased from PLN 68 billion to PLN 92 billion. in 2023That's 35%. As a consequence deficit reached 5.6%.

The gross planned in the budget for 2024 is PLN 682 billion and the deficit is PLN 184 billion. Which means the planned deficit represents 27% of the gross of the state budget! Ladies and gentlemen, crazy!

So we see treatment of plague with cholera consuming the finances of the Polish state. There is no programme to reduce the costs of functioning of administration, to reduce bureaucracy everywhere. The fresh government does not wonder how to free creativity, entrepreneurship of Poles.

In return, yearly increases in compulsory contributions of ZUS. Entrepreneurs were deceived by the 3rd Way and civilian Coalition by the promise of voluntary ZUS and the tax-free amount.

Dear taxpayers, have no illusions, the current state of Poland and its finances and its budgetary policy raises concerns aboutfurther increases in public tribute and expanding government greed to finance this harmful policy.
