Protests in Tel Aviv: Thousands of Israelis request the end of the war in Gaza

Thousands of Israel in Tel Aviv Citythe movements have gathered to object to the government's actions and request the immediate end of the Gaza War and the release of Israeli hostages. Demonstrations organised by the Forum Hostage and Missing Families were besides held outside the office of the Israeli Armed Forces.

"Netanjahu destroys Israel" – sharp words during protests

According to Al Jazeera, quoting Times of Israel, during the rally in Habima Square, Shai Mosos, whose parents were held by Hamas, took the level and were subsequently released as part of a truce in force from January to March.

A fresh phase of conflict – from the Hamas attack to the escalation of war

On October 7, 2023, Hamas attacked confederate Israel, firing from 2,000 to 5,000 rockets and carrying out a land offensive and landing with the usage of a motorboat and boat. 1139 people were killed as a consequence of the attacks, although any of the victims were the consequence of the Israeli army's actions.

In response, Israel began massive bombings of the Gaza Strip, introduced a complete blockade, cutting off access to food, medicines, water and energy, and besides divided the enclave into 2 parts. There were besides attacks on humanitarian convoys, in which the Polish volunteer Damian Soból died, among others.

Breaked truce and resumed fighting

On January 19, the parties to the conflict concluded a truce, which would last 42 days. Although Hamas fulfilled the terms of the agreement, Israel halted humanitarian aid for Gaza on 2 March and resumed the attacks on 17 and 18 March at night.

Since the start of the war, they've died. 52.8 1000 Palestinians, 119.4 1000 injured, a 11,000 are considered missing.
