Poles are divided, and more politically divided, along, up, down and in any another possible way. This argument is won by the 1 who is more powerful and clever in the emotions of society. The most emotions that are most easy aroused, rocked and manipulated rise individual disputes. That's why the presidential election is so interesting. Modern Poles have a low political culture. 1 manifestation of this is simply a very mediocre knowing of the mechanisms of functioning of the state and of what policy should be. This knowing of politics is mostly limited to assessing and commenting on individual politicians and their actions. Therefore, the individual of the president of the Republic of Poland is much more crucial in public perception than in his constitutional function and in the remainder of the legal – political order of the state.
However, while remaining within the general framework of what I described above, something in this substance changes. The symptoms of this are the results of the polls showing that most Poles do not believe that drones that flew over Poland in fresh weeks were directed to us by Russians. The full context of these events, i.e. the Russian-Ukrainian war, the assistance of Polish governments to Ukraine, the real threat or deficiency of it to affect the Polish army in this war, becomes the axis of the most crucial political dispute in Poland. Interestingly, public opinion does not personalize this dispute. It is treated more as a conflict between different political groups, opinion societies and media, which sympathize with individual policy options.
So far the message, in which Russia was a criminal aggressor, prevailed, and Ukraine defended not only itself, but besides Poland against the imperial temptations of Russia. If Ukraine lost, we were told and inactive are told that Poland will be the next victim of Russian aggression. For these reasons, this war is “our war”. And since this is our war, it is justified – on the basis of unilateral benefits for Ukraine – to aid Poland. In the name of this, we should not rise the problem of Ukrainian genocide in Poles during and after the Second planet War. All manifestations of mastering the structures of the Ukrainian state by the OUN-UPA ideology are ignored. The real amount of costs incurred by Poland, providing assistance to Ukraine, is besides hidden from the Polish public. In turn, the war crimes committed by the Russians must and must be highlighted even if there is no conclusive evidence. There is simply a increasing belief in Poland that Ukrainians are trying through provocations, like the last raid of drones, to drag Poland into a direct war with Russia.
